While our coolers provide a continuous supply of water, the reservoir does take some time to refill. We offer coolers in various sizes to meet your specific needs. If your office staff frequently refills large water bottles and finds that the cooler requires time to replenish, it might be time for an upgrade. Our service technicians are fully qualified to replace filters or recommend a larger unit if necessary.
Our hot water tanks are replenished by the cold water tank. If either tank runs low, the hot water will stop dispensing to prevent the heating elements from burning out. Please allow 15 to 20 minutes for the reservoirs to refill before attempting to dispense hot water again. If the issue persists, our qualified technician will be dispatched to assess and service the cooler.
Most of our coolers use purified oxygen to sanitize the reservoir, effectively preventing bacterial growth—a feature not typically found in other coolers. Occasionally, if water is dispensed immediately after the sanitization cycle, you may notice a slight odor or taste. Purified oxygen acts as nature’s chlorine and is safe to consume. The on-board computer monitors the system to ensure safety and usually purges any excess oxygen. If you encounter this issue, allow the cooler to complete its sanitization cycle. If the problem persists, our qualified technician will be dispatched to evaluate the cooler.
